The Singularity Is Near

Producer Ehren Koepf came in with talent Lilian Askew to record voiceover for the film "The Singularity Is Near" by Kurzweil AI Network, Inc. Engineering by Dave Nelson.


San Francisco Ballet

Daryl Carr from the SF Ballet came to Outpost to record voiceover for radio and TV spots for "The Nutcracker". Engineering by Dave Nelson with voiceover talent, Peter Donat.

Technicolor Interactive

Julia Bianco from Technicolor Interactive booked Outpost for voiceover work with talent Jarion Monroe. Miik Dinko engineered the session via Source Connect with Morgan Gerhard listening in from Los Angeles as Tom Hays supervised.

Easy Made Hard

Delphine Suter brought in Elizabeth Appel's short film "Easy Made Hard" for Foley and Final Mix. Outpost's intern Emily Welmirink was the Foley artist. Engineering by Dave Nelson.

Opal

Writer and producer Dina Ciraulo brought the film "Opal" to Outpost for ADR, with talent Joe Graham, Paul Gerroir, David Cramer, and George McGuire. Dave Nelson engineered the session with the film's Supervising Sound Editor, Neil Riha.

I.R.M.I.

Patrick Wilkinson from Hotbed Media brought their industrial video project, "I.R.M.I.", to Outpost for editing and sound design. Engineering by Dave Nelson.

Duarte Design

Michael Duarte of Duarte Design brought in a Nokia video for conform, as well as a Google commercial for which Dave Nelson was a Music Composer and Sound Designer. Harris Ueng brought in "Cisco Virtual Events" for dialogue editing and original music composition. Dialogue editing by Miik Dinko, original music composition and final mix by Dave Nelson.

The Symantec Great Windows 7 Drive

Dave Nelson and Miik Dinko of Outpost Studios recently added sound design for this piece about Windows Migration. This is one of the best pieces GB Films has produced for Symantec to date.

Produced by Nick Read, filmed by Frazer Bradshaw on the RED in West Marin at Five Brooks Ranch, CG modelling by Westernized Productions and editing by Brian George. Final Mix by David Nelson.

Comcast Commercials

Tomas Puig of Compressor Films came to the studio for a voice-over and sound design session for two Comcast commercials. Engineering by Dave Nelson.

The Dead Sleep

Actor Chris Armstrong and Producers, Vicki De Mey and Tim O'Neill came in to record commentary for the DVD special feature of "The Dead Sleep" distributed by Anthem Pictures. Session engineering and editing by Miik Dinko.

Angel Corpus Christi

Dave Nelson worked on "One Night With You", another original music composition completed for Angel Corpus Christi's album of Elvis covers.

	The Money Tree Dave Nelson is currently re-mixing the historic film "The Money Tree" in Dolby 5.1. Produced 15 years ago, “The Money Tree” directed by Christopher and Alan Dienstag, features many Bay Area sound professionals including Dave Parker and Michael Semanick- both nominated for Academy Awards this year.
